Ronald McDonald House needs your help!
Once again I'm proud to be participating in the Ronald McDonald Hockey Challenge! Since this incredible event started in 1998, it has raised more than $6 million for Ronald McDonald House, which provides a “home-away-from-home” for children and their families during medical treatment. Local hockey players like myself solicit sponsors for charity games which take place on the Showare Center ice prior to Seattle Thunderbirds game on Saturday, February 15th.
Here's how you can help:
Please sponsor me by making a tax-deductible donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities. Just click the big red DONATE NOW button on the right. It's that easy.
If you're a bit gun-shy about cyber transactions, you can also go old school and snail mail a check payable to RMHC to: Attn: Vanessa, Ronald McDonald House, 5130 4th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Be sure to include the team (Katie's Krushers) and player (me!) that your are sponsoring on the memo line.
Take two for the team. Hey, we're all in this together. To prove it I will match dollar for dollar all donations received in my name on or before Friday, January 31st. So donate today!
Score a hat trick. Does your employer match funds? Be sure to let the boss man how generous you are so your donation goes three times as far.
As always, there aren't enough words to say how much I appreciate your support, particularly those who answer my call every year. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
