Jason Colwell - Run 4J - in memory of Jackson

On October 13th, 2019, I will travel from Belgium to Chicago to represent Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) at the 2019 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. As a member of Team RMHC, I will be training, fundraising and ultimately running 26.2 miles to help keep families together.
As many of you know, my nephew, Jackson Colwell, passed away November 7, 2018, unexpectedly before he turned 18 months old. He was the only child of my brother, Joel, and sister-in-law, Jen. One of the ways we are trying to heal as a family is training for this run together, as it gives us a focal point and an opportunity to give back to a great charity that helps parents with sick children. Let's create as many positives as we can in Jack's memory.
If you do your homework, you will find RMHC is a top-rated charity with global HQ in Chicago. It provides local support and housing services to families with seriously ill or injured children.
How can you help?
1. Join our team and run with Joel and me
2. Contribute by making a donation
3. Cheer us to the finish on race day
Did you know $25 can provide dinner for a family and $80 can give a family a room for a night? Your donation, of any amount, will not only help me achieve my goal, but will help children stay close to their families when they need it most!
