The (G)oal of (G)etting to 26.2
This upcoming year I've decided to tackle my longtime goal of running a marathon. On October 11th, I will run the Chicago Marathon and it's thanks to a lot of love and support that I've even gotten to this point.
In an effort to share that love and support as I train, I will be representing Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) at the 2020 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Many of you know me as the girl who won't let a single pop tab go uncollected, but that's because I've been fortunate enough to see what a difference those pop tabs can make. I've had the opportunity to volunteer at a Ronald McDonald House and hear so many families' stories. As a member of Team RMHC, I will be training, fundraising and ultimately running 26.2 miles to help keep families together.
$25 can provide dinner for a family and $80 can give a family a room for a night. If you're able, please consider donating, as your contribution, of any amount, will not only help me achieve my goal, but will help children stay close to their families when they need it most! Thank you so much for the consideration, love, and support!
