Team RMHC Chicago Marathon 2019

Team FNRC #milesformimosas

Team FNRC is made up of 26 individuals who chose to come together for a common goal. There are first time marathoners, legacy runners, ultra runners, and those looking for a PR - as well as those who have already completed a huge life goal or those looking to just enjoy the ride. Some are injured, some are recovering, and some are in their prime; but everyone is hoping to cross that finish line because of the benefits it will bring to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. A teammate said it best - anyone can put their name in the lottery and get lucky, but choosing to run for charity changes everything. It is so much bigger than us. The reward for crossing that finish line is so much greater knowing that you are making a difference.

Some of our team members have a personal experience with a Ronald McDonald House, some know a family member or friend who has utilized the amazing services the houses provide, and some don’t have any affiliation or experience at all. Everyone chose to run for the RMHC for a different reason. No matter the reason, it is welcomed and respected.

Through individual and group fundraising efforts, Team FNRC has a collective goal to raise $40,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities! Please help us in these efforts by donating below. Any dollar amount will help - no donation is too small.

On October 13th, we will be representing Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) at the 2019 Bank of America Chicago Marathon!  As a members of Team RMHC, we will be training, fundraising and ultimately running 26.2 miles to help keep families together.
Did you know $25 can provide dinner for a family and $80 can give a family a room for a night?  Your donation, of any amount, will not only help us achieve our goal, but will help children and families stay together when they need it most!
