Nicole's Fundraising Page
The last time I participated in the Chicago Marathon was in a completely different world in 2019. Since then I have tried to open up my horizons and check out races in other states. in 2021 I chose to run the IMT Des Moines Marathon instead of the deferral to Chicago. In 2022 I opted for the Kentucky Derby Marathon, and in 2023 I chose Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, MN. Those were all great races and experiences, but after following friends at Chicago in 2023, I got the bug again and decided to come home. 2024 will mark my 5th Chicago Marathon/12th overall, and I cannot be more excited!
Though I received entry as a Legacy runner, I still chose to fundraise for the RMHC. This will be my 6th season raising money for a great cause.
Every donation counts, no matter the size. Do it for me, or do it for RMHC ❤❤
On October 13th, I will be representing Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) at the 2024 Bank of America Chicago Marathon! As a member of Team RMHC, I will be training, fundraising and ultimately running 26.2 miles to help keep families together.
Did you know RMHC helps millions of families each year? RMHC helps families cope better and focus on the needs of their sick child, allowing them the ability to spend more time with their child, to interact with their doctors, and to make important decisions about their child’s care.
It costs approximately $100 to give a family one night of comfort and support. Your donation, of any amount, will not only help me achieve my goal, but will help children stay close to their families when they need it most!
