Hannah's running the Chicago Marathon
So I'm doing something a tad nuts...Since I've completed my three half marathons in three months, I've decided to take on my next mighty challenge and run a full 42km/26.6 miles of a marathon. But not just any marathon... I'll be pounding the streets of Chicago this October, and helping raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in the process.
It's no doubt going to be my toughest challenge to date, physically and mentally, so I'd be eternally grateful if you could spare a few pounds to sponsor me and help support this fantastic charity.
RMHC helps millions of families each year with free accommodation and support, just a stone’s throw from their child’s hospital bed. Parents and siblings have a place to rest their heads, along with facilities allowing them to retain as much normality as possible. Your donation will help children with illnesses stay close to their families when they need it most. In the UK, RMHC have around 13 Houses across the UK and work closely with the NHS.
Thanks so much in advance, I know we're not exactly living in the cheapest of times, so I really do appreciate anything you can spare.
