On October 13th, I will be representing Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) at the 2024 Bank of America Chicago Marathon!  As a member of Team RMHC, I will be training, fundraising and ultimately running 26.2 miles to help keep families together.

RMHC holds a very special place in my heart. In February of 2022, my youngest sister had back surgery in Dallas, TX. Because of the generosity of RMHC, my mom was able to stay only 5-10 minutes away from the hospital instead of 45-60 minutes away. This not only took mountains of stress of my mom's shoulders, but helped my younger sister feel safer as well. She was nervous knowing that my mom would not be allowed to spend the night at the hospital with her, and felt a lot better knowing that mom was only a few minutes away. My family has truly been blessed by RMHC, and I hope to be able to help RMHC bless many other families in the same way.

It costs approximately $100 to give a family one night of comfort and support.  Your donation, of any amount, will not only help me achieve my goal, but will help children stay close to their families when they need it most! And the most fun part about your donation: every cent that I raise will be given directly to the local Ronald McDonald House in Amarillo, TX!!
