Our Team has Heart is made up of a group of seven people from the Chicagoland area, many of whom have always thought of doing a marathon, this year getting the push they need to sign up through a little bit of peer (pressure?) support and great comfort in knowing that through this fundraising effort, families with children in the hospital will be supported with the money we raise. We have some runners with time goals, some simply with the goal to finish - and feel great afterwards! (Which WILL happen with Team RMHC cheering us on!) We plan to have a great day in October and support each other during the training leading up to that big day. Here's to a lot of miles, maybe a few lost toenails, and a LOT of money raised to help families who need it most!
